摘要
分层教学是基于学生的个体差异实施的个性化教学,是为满足多元学习需求的适应性教学改变。学情分析是教与学的先导,是实施分层教学的重要基础。在提出基于学情分析的分层教学理念和实践框架基础上,以执教班级为行动样本开展了一学期英语教学实践,取得了明显的教学成效。
Hierarchical teaching is a kind of individualized teaching based on individual differences of students,and it is an adaptive teaching change to meet multiple learning needs.The analysis of learning conditions is the forerunner of teaching and learning,and the important foundation of carrying out the teaching at different levels.Based on the theory and practice framework of hierarchical teaching based on the analysis of learning conditions,the teaching class is taken as an action sample to carry out a semester of English teaching practice,and obvious teaching results have been achieved.
