摘要
英国政府在促进教育公平与多样化、增强教师持续专业发展、提高学生教学质量的教育现实诉求下,制定了包括行为管理、教学法、课程、评估、专业行为五个方面在内的教师核心素养框架,作为评估职前教师教育培养质量的重要指标。为推进教师核心素养框架的实施,英国政府提供了政策与资金支持,教育部完善了职前教师教育实践指导教师标准、职前教师教育单位资格认证,教育标准局实施了职前教师教育合作伙伴关系学校培养质量评估,教师教育机构采取模块化课程等措施,以保障职前教师教育核心素养的有效落实和保证职前教师的教育质量。
What key competence do teachers need and how to cultivate these competencies have become an important issue for teacher education under the background of high-quality education development strategies.Under the educational reality demands of promoting fairness and diversification of education,enhancing the continuous professional development of teachers,and improving the quality of teaching for students,the British government has formulated five aspects of teacher key competence framework,which is“behavior management”,“pedagogy”,“curriculum”,“assessment”,and“professional behavior”,and as an important indicator for evaluating the quality of pre-service teacher education and training.To promote the implementation of the teacher’s core content framework,the British government has provided policy and financial support.The Department for Education has improved the pre-service teacher education practice guidance teacher standards and pre-service teacher education unit qualification certification.The Ofsted has implemented the pre-service teacher education partnership school training quality evaluation.Teacher education institutions adopt modular curriculum and other measures to ensure the effective implementation of the key competence of pre-service teacher education and ensure the quality of pre-service teacher education.
