摘要
针对原油管道大落差段的工艺设计问题,对常见的设计措施进行对比,在优选出合理设计方案后进行优化设计研究。以我国某输油管道为例,对其大落差段进行设计并提出注意事项,在进行具体设计的过程中,首先确定最优的管道模型以及约束条件,然后再确定减压站的数量以及位置,同时还需对设计方案进行模拟,以保障设计方案的合理性。研究表明:采用减压站+缩径的设计方案,可以有效地降低管道内压力,保障管道的运行安全,提升管道的运行效率。
In view of the process design problems of the crude oil pipeline with large drop,the com-mon design measures are compared,and the optimization design research is carried out after selecting a reasonable design plan.Take an oil pipeline in China as an example,the large drop section is designed and some attention is put forward.In the process of specific design,first the optimal pipeline model and constraint conditions are determined,and then the number and location of decompression stations are determined.At the same time,it is necessary to simulate the design plan to ensure the rationality of the design plan.Studies show that the design scheme of“pressure reducing station+reduced diameter”can effectively reduce the pressure in the pipeline,ensuring the safe operation and improving the efficiency of the pipeline.
