分子生物学方法在肠球菌耐药性研究中的应用

摘要 为了有效地检测肠球菌的耐药性,本文主要通过分子生物学方式对肠球菌的耐药性进行研究,通过近些年有关肠球菌耐药性研究的文献进行了分析和归纳,发现了飞行时间质谱和聚合酶链反应、Southren杂交技术、脉冲场凝胶电泳、多位点基因序列分析四种方式。通过研究表明每一种方法都有其特殊的优势和局限性,所以需要进一步取长补短,发挥不同方式的最大优势。
