摘要
该文以“头颈应用解剖学”课程为研究平台,以医学研究生为研究对象,开展“尊重生命、敬畏生命、珍爱生命”的伦理学教育,在教育前后让研究生填写对待人体标本的“知信行”问卷调查表、让教师填写研究生对待人体标本行为的问卷调查表,力求从学生主观评价和教师客观评价两方面发现教育前后研究生对人体标本“知信行”的不同。结果:教育后,研究生对人体标本的“知信行”有了较大改善,对头颈解剖学的学习态度也更为积极,课堂表现有所提高。因此,有必要将“尊重生命、敬畏生命、珍爱生命”的生命伦理学教育渗透到研究生教学中,这对于树立研究生正确的价值观和医者仁心的道德观、培养其成为高素质医学人才、缓解人体标本稀缺的现状而言极为重要。
Taking the“Applied Anatomy of the Head and Neck”course as the research platform,and medical graduate students as the research object,this paper carries out the ethical education of“respect for life,reverence for life and cherishment for life”.Before and after the education,graduate students fill in the“knowledge,attitude and practice”questionnaires on the treatment of human body specimens,and teachers fill in the questionnaires on the behavior of graduate students on the treatment of human body specimens.We strive to find out the different of graduate students’“knowledge,attitude and practice”of human body specimens before and after the education from two aspects of students’subjective evaluation and teachers’objective evaluation.The results showed that after the education,the graduate students’“knowledge,attitude and practice”of human body specimens were greatly improved,and their attitude towards head and neck anatomy learning was also more positive,and their classroom performance was also improved.Therefore,it is necessary to infiltrate the bioethical education of“respect for life,reverence for life and cherishment for life”into the postgraduate teaching,which is of great importance to establish the correct values and the doctors’morality of benevolence,and train them to become high-quality medical talents and alleviate the scarcity of human body specimens.
