摘要
目的:探讨临床案例分析教学法在皮肤科教学中的应用。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年9月在西安交通大学第二附属医院皮肤科实习的实习生134人,将其随机分为两组(对照组和研究组),每组各67人。对照组采用常规教学法,研究组采用案例分析教学法,观察对比两组的技能掌握情况、考试成绩以及教学满意度评分情况。结果:研究组在临床辩证思维、胜任力、问诊技巧、能力和效率、沟通技巧、人文关怀、体格检查、临床诊断上的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组在教学满意度评分、考试成绩上也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在皮肤科教学中应用案例分析教学法效果理想,可以增强学生学习的积极性和主动性,从而提高学生的考试成绩、技能掌握情况以及教学满意度,值得在临床中推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the application of clinical case analysis in dermatology teaching.Methods:A total of 134 interns who attended the dermatology department of our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and research group),with 67 interns in each.Conventional teaching methods were used for the control group,and case analysis was used for the research group.The mastery of skills,test scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The clinical dialectical thinking,competence,consultation skills,ability and efficiency,communication skills,humanistic care,physical examination,and clinical diagnosis scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction scores and test scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In dermatology teaching,the application of case analysis has an ideal effect,which can improve students’enthusiasm and initiative,thereby improving their test scores,mastery of skills and teaching satisfaction.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
