加强校园体育文化建设,能够促进校园人文环境的改善,为学生综合素养培育提供重要的平台,进一步优化校园文化,促进创新型人才培养,同时也是深化校园体育教学改革以及实现可持续发展目标的重要手段。因此,充分发挥校园体育文化的价值和作用至关重要。该文通过对创新型人才培养背景下校园体育文化建设的重要作用进行分析,并结合现阶段校园体育文化建设存在的问题,试图对校园体育文化的优化发展与创新型人才的培养进行探讨。

Strengthening the construction of campus sports culture can promote the effective improvement of the campus humanistic environment and provide an important platform for the training of students’comprehensive literacy.At the same time,it further optimizes cultural development and innovates talent training strategies.It is also an important means and core task for the reform,deepening,and sustainable development of campus sports education,so it is very important to give full play to the value and role of campus sports culture.This paper analyzes the important role of campus sports culture in the cultivation of innovative talents,and combines the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative talents at this stage to discuss the optimization and development as well as innovative strategies.
