摘要 目前在F院专兼职辅导员管理模式下,仅靠单个专兼职辅导员很难对学生德智体美劳等进行全面有效的管理与辅导。彩虹导师团计划旨在通过导师团队的建设,把导师团与专兼职辅导员队伍有机融合,从德育、技能、创业、帮扶、志愿服务、文体、专业七个方面对学生进行全面有效的指导,从而打造J系全员、全程、全方位育人的新局面。 At present,through the management model of fulltime and part-time counselors of F College,it is difficult to conduct comprehensive and effective management and guidance on students’morality,intelligence,physique,art,and labor.The Program of Rainbow Tutor Team aims to organically integrate the tutor team and the team of full-time and part-time counselors through the construction of the tutor team,and give comprehensive and effective guidance on students from the seven aspects of moral education,skills,entrepreneurship,support,volunteer service,culture and sports,and major,so as to create a new situation of full-staff,whole-process,and all-round education of ideological and political work in the J Department.
