新时代高校图书馆读者需求变化分析

Analysis on the Changes of Reader Demand in University Libraries in the New Era

读者服务工作是高校图书馆的工作重心之一,越来越受到各图书馆重视,但随着服务活动的持续开展,一些问题逐渐显现出来。随着阅读环境发生变化,图书馆的读者需求和行为也发生相应变化。该文从读者对资源的需求、对服务的需求、对空间的需求和对人员(馆员)的需求四个方面进行分析,根据读者需求变化动态调整服务模式,以期提升服务能力。

Reader service is one of the focuses of university libraries and attracts more and more attention from various libraries,but as service activities have been continuously carried out,some problems gradually appear.As the reading environment changes,the library reader demand and behavior change accordingly.This paper analyzes from the four aspects of resource demand,service demand,space demand and staff(librarians)demand,and dynamically adjusts the service mode according to the changes of reader demand to improve the service ability.
