摘要
针对传统PLC教学中存在忽视学生创新和知识应用能力的问题,采用PLC项目式教学的模式,以洗衣机控制系统项目为例,引入有限状态机的设计理念,详细介绍了PLC结构化编程方法,并将WINCC组态软件引入到PLC项目式教学中。实践证明,理论与实例相结合的PLC项目式教学编程方法解决了传统课堂中仅传授抽象概念的问题,极大地加深了学生对PLC编程的理解,提高了学生应用PLC知识的能力,具有优良的教学效果。
Aiming at the problem of neglecting students'innovation and knowledge application ability in traditional PLC teaching,the PLC project⁃based teaching mode is adopted,taking the washing machine control system project as an example,introducing the design concept of finite state machine,and introducing the PLC structured programming method in detail,and introduce the WINCC configuration software to the project⁃based teaching of PLC.Practice has proved that the PLC project⁃based teaching programming method that combines theory and examples solves the problem of only teaching abstract concepts in traditional classrooms,greatly deepens students′understanding of PLC programming,and improves students′ability to apply PLC knowledge,and has excellent teaching effect.
