太赫兹无线通信关键技术设计与仿真

摘要 针对高清视频的无压缩传输,从太赫兹固态电子学出发,基于太赫兹固态半导体器件及高速数字嵌入式硬件信号处理系统,提出了一种宽带高速无线通信收发系统。在高清无压缩视频传输过程中,该系统解决了ADC/DAC器件采样率无法满足要求、误码率性能不足等关键技术问题。文中通过仿真实验验证了方案的有效性和可行性。为今后太赫兹无压缩高清视频无线传输系统的设计研究,尤其是220 GHz及以上太赫兹无线通信系统的构建提供了研究思路和方向。 A broadband high⁃speed wireless communication transceiver system is proposed for the transmission of uncompressed high⁃definition video signal.The transceiver system is fundamental on Terahertz solid⁃state electronics,which based on Terahertz solid-state semiconductor devices and high⁃speed embedded digital signal processing systems.This system solves key technical issues such as the insufficient sampling rate of the ADC/DAC electronics devices and system bit error rate performance.The validity and feasibility of the system scheme are verified by simulation experiments in this paper,which provides an important research idea and direction for the design and research of Terahertz uncompressed high⁃definition video wireless transmission system,especially for the construction of Terahertz wireless communication systems at 220 GHz and above.
