摘要 为了能够更精准地预测防范电网灾害,更直观地看到电网系统运行所在地区的气象分布情况和具体变化趋势,提出基于气象精细化数据的电网灾害监测预警系统。主要通过数据中心采集气象精细化数据,以及气象信息部门发布的各类气象数据。经数据解析服务器完成所采集气象数据的精细化分析后,将分析结果写入数据库服务器内,发布于Web电力内网。详细设计了气象精细化数据电网灾害监测预警系统,能够实现电网系统运行脆性部位的精准定位,并对气象灾害的灾中、灾后情况快速响应制定应急方案。所设计的基于气象精细化数据的电网灾害监测预警系统,可以快速、准确地对电网系统在气象灾害中的脆性破坏点进行定位,并且对灾害情况及时预警,提供精细化电网灾害监测、预警服务。 In order to predict and prevent power grid disasters more accurately,it is more intuitive to see the meteorological distribution and specific change trend of the area where the power grid system operates.A power grid disaster monitoring and early warning system based on meteorological fine data is proposed.The collection of meteorological fine data mainly consists of a meteorological data acquisition server to collect all kinds of meteorological data released by the meteorological information department.After the data analysis server completes the fine analysis of collected meteorological data,the analysis results are written into the database server and published in the Web power intranet.The meteorological fine data grid disaster monitoring and early warning system is designed in detail,which can accurately locate the brittle parts of the power grid system based on the case,and make emergency plans for the situation in and after the disaster.The design of power grid disaster monitoring and early warning system based on meteorological fine data can quickly and accurately locate the brittle failure points of power grid system in meteorological disasters,and timely formulate emergency plans for disaster situations,and provide refined grid disaster monitoring and early warning services.
