摘要
针对目前光伏领域的快速发展,提出了光伏(PV)模块的电路模型。该模型可以用作通用平台,以开发更好的光伏电站。文中使用Matlab/Simulink的电源系统模块集,给出了具有数字尺寸的电路模型的详细建模过程。由于太阳辐射和温度的变化,光伏组件的功率输出会随之连续变化,因此将开发的模型与具有最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)算法的闭环控制DC-DC boost转换器集成在一起。仿真结果通过实验设置进行了验证,即在闭环控制中,所建立电路模型的性能符合仿真值,且具有合理的精度。
In view of the rapid development of photovoltaic field,a circuit model of PhotoVoltaic(PV)module was proposed.The model can be used as a general platform to develop better photovoltaic power stations.Using Matlab/Simulink power system module set,the detailed modeling process of circuit model with digital size is given.Photovoltaic components due to the change of solar radiation and temperature,with the continuous change of power output and therefore will develop model and has the Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)algorithm of closed loop control of DC⁃DC boost converter integrated together,the simulation results are verified by the experimental settings,namely in the closed⁃loop control,the established conform to the performance of the circuit model and the simulation values,and has reasonable accuracy.
