摘要
通过收集中国哈尔滨地区63位母亲(泌乳期1~18个月)母乳样品,采用Waters TQ-S质谱仪在负离子模式下进行质谱分析,探究在不同泌乳期中母乳低聚糖(HMOs)的组成和含量变化。结果表明:在收集的泌乳期母乳样品中6种HMOs的组成和含量均在不断变化。其中2'-FL、6'-SL、LNnT、LNFP-I的含量随着泌乳期的延长而逐渐降低、而3'-FL的含量随着泌乳期的延长而逐渐升高,3'-SL的含量随着泌乳期的延长先降低后升高。不同分泌型母亲泌乳期内HMOs变化较大。该研究表明,HMOs在不同的母乳期含量不同,泌乳初期相对含量更多,随着泌乳时间的延长,大部分HMOs在母乳中的含量逐渐降低。
63 breast milk samples from different mothers(1-18 months of lactation)in Harbin were collected and analyzed by WatersTQ-S mass spectrometer in negative ion mode to explore the composition and content changes of HMOs in different lactation periods.The results showed that the composition and content of six HMOs in lactation breast milk samples were constantly changing.The contents of 2'-FL,6'-SL,LNnT and LNFP-I gradually decreased with the extension of lactation,while the content of 3'-FL gradually increased with the extension of lactation,and the content of 3'-SL first decreased and then increased with the extension of lactation.HMOs of different secre⁃tory mothers changed greatly during lactation.The results showed that the content of HMOs was different in different periods,the relative content of HMOs was more in the early stage of lactation.With the extension of lactation time,the content of most HMOs in breast milk gradually decreased.
