运动锻炼对产妇抑郁干预效果的Meta分析 被引量:10

摘要 运用Meta分析系统评价运动锻炼对产妇产后抑郁的干预效果,探索可能产生较大干预效应的运动方案。结果表明(1)运动锻炼对产妇抑郁呈大效应量干预效果;(2)运动内容对产妇抑郁的干预效应量依次为有氧运动、组合练习、抗阻练习;(3)单次干预时长对产妇抑郁的干预效应量分别为30~40 min亚组、60 min亚组;(4)4-5次/周的干预频率对产妇抑郁的干预效应量最大,且干预效应随干预频率减少而减少;(5)持续3-4周至24周的运动锻炼均对产后抑郁产生了良好干预效应,12周左右运动锻炼的干预效应最好;(6)练习形式对产妇抑郁的干预效应量依次为集体练习、个人练习。结论(1)运动锻炼能有效改善产后抑郁症状,产后运动可能优于产前运动干预效果;集体锻炼可能优于个人锻炼干预效果;(2)每周锻炼4-5次、每次锻炼持续30~40 min左右、共持续12周左右的中等强度有氧运动更有可能获得改善产后抑郁的理想干预效果。 The objective of this study was to systematically evaluate the intervention effects of exercise on postpartum depression through meta-analysis,and to analyze exercise programs that might have a greater effect of postpartum depression intervention.The results showed that the overall methodological quality was high.The overall MD effect of exercise on postpartum depression showed a large-effect intervention effect.Intervention content,intervention intensity,intervention period,intervention frequency,single intervention time,intervention form had a high degree of heterogeneity in the relationship between exercise and postpartum depression.The intervention effect of a single intervention duration on maternal depression were 30~40 min subgroup and 60 min subgroup.The intervention frequency of 4-5 times/week had the largest intervention effect on maternal depression,and the intervention effect decreased with less intervention frequency.Exercises lasting 3-4 weeks or more had a good intervention effect on postpartum depression,and exercises around 12 weeks had the best intervention effect.In the form of exercise,the intervention effect on maternal depression were group exercise,individual exercise.It could be concluded that exercise could effectively improve the symptoms of postpartum depression,with its content,intensity,period,frequency,duration of a single exercise,and form of exercise significantly affecting the effect of exercise intervention for postpartum depression.Postpartum exercise might be better than prenatal exercise for improving postpartum depression.The form of group exercise might be better than the improvement effect of individual exercise on postpartum depression.Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise with 4 to 5 exercises per week,with each exercise lasting for about 30~40 minutes,for a total of about 12 weeks,was more likely to obtain the ideal intervention effects.
