马来酸依那普利片联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗老年高血压的研究

目的探讨马来酸依那普利片联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗老年高血压的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取我院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的122例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各61例。2组均行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用马来酸依那普利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用松龄血脉康胶囊。持续治疗1个月后,对比2组血压[24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)和24 h平均收缩压(SBP)]及氧化应激反应[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]。结果治疗1个月结束时,2组24 h DBP、24 h SBP水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月结束时,2组丙二醛水平均低于治疗前,SOD水平均高于治疗前,观察组丙二醛低于对照组,SOD高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利片联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗老年高血压效果显著,可控制患者血压,改善氧化应激反应。

Objective To investigate the application effect of enalapril combined with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty-two elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,according to a random number table method,divided into a control group and an observation group,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Enalapril Tablets,and the observation group was added with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for one month,the blood pressure[24 h mean diastolic blood pressure(24 h DBP)and 24 h mean systolic blood pressure(SBP)]and oxidative stress reaction[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of the one month of treatment,24h DBP and 24 h SBP of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower when compared with the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);at the end of the one month of treatment,the MDA levels of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the SOD levels were higher than before treatment,the MDA level was lower and the SOD level was higher of the observation group than that of the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule has significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,which can control blood pressure and improve oxidative stress reaction of patients.
