摘要
我国矿山装备中锚杆钻机作为巷道锚固作业的重要设备,有着非常重要的设计研发价值。本文结合工程实况,设计了一款综采工作面顶板探煤厚钻机,首先在岩石对钻机破岩影响的基础上,通过计算确定钻机相关参数。其次根据所得数据选取符合条件钻机,之后根据选定钻机进行配套设计。最终对设计后的产品做关键零部件有限元分析,优化结构并完成液压回路的设计。
As an important equipment for roadway anchoring operations in my country's mining equipment,bolting rigs have very important design and development value.Based on the actual engineering conditions,this paper designs a drilling rig for detecting coal thickness on the roof of a fully mechanized mining face.First,based on the influence of rocks on the rig's rock breaking,the relevant parameters of the rig are determined by calculation.Secondly,the qualified drilling rig is selected according to the obtained data,and then the matching design is carried out according to the selected drilling rig.Finally,perform finite element analysis of key components of the designed product,optimize the structure and complete the design of the hydraulic circuit.
