摘要
为实现某大型组合式压力机上横梁的轻量化设计,本文通过对横梁的结构及工况分析,提取横梁结构的可优化参数,确定横梁结构约束及载荷,利用有限元法对其进行仿真分析,获取该横梁结构在静态载荷下的应力和变形情况。以横梁质量为优化目标,横梁最大应力和最大变形为约束,建立优化设计模型。为减少仿真次数,本文基于DADOS平台应用基于代理模型技术的优化设计方法,实现了压力机横梁的快速轻量化设计。
To realize the lightweight design of the crossbeam of a large modular press,this paper analyzes the crossbeam's structure and working conditions,extracts the optimizable parameters,determines constraints and loads.And uses the finite element method to simulate it to get the stress and deformation of the crossbeam structure under static load.Taking the crossbeam quality as the optimization goal,and the maximum stress and deformation of the crossbeam as constraints,an optimized design model is established.To reduce the number of simulations,this paper uses the optimized design method based on surrogate model technology based on the DADOS platform to realize the rapidly and lightweight design.
