摘要
介绍了矿用行驶减速器试验台架的组成与创新点,分析了行驶减速器试验台架受力分析的难点,采用"等效法"建立了包含行驶减速器的试验台架三维模型,应用"对称性"建立了行驶减速器试验台架有限元分析简化模型,分析了行驶减速器试验台架不同张紧行程,销轴、减速器安装架、支撑架的受力,并进行了静力学强度校核。
Introduced the composition and innovation of the test bench for the crawler type travel reducer.Analyzed the difficulty of the force analysis of the test bench of the travel reducer,By using the"equivalent method",the three-dimensional model of the test bench including the travel reducer was established,By using"symmetry",the simplified finite element analysis model of the travel reducer test bench was established.The force analyze of the pin shaft,the reducer mounting frame,and the support frame under different tensioning stroke conditions of the driving reducer test bench was done.The static strength check of the Test Bench was carried out.
