摘要 数控机床是当前加工制造的基础,高速电主轴驱动系统为机床提供动力。为满足当前高速电主轴高速、高精度、高可靠性发展需求,对驱动系统进行健康监测是必要的。本文针对驱动系统的隐含退化特性,提出隐含退化量性能指标评价方法。运用参数辨识方法提取系统的特征值,结合距离分析方法建立性能评价指标。通过高速电主轴实验平台验证本文方法可靠性。 CNC machine tools are the basis of current manufacturing,high-speed electric spindle drive system provides power for machine tools.In order to meet the current high-speed,high-precision,and high-reliability development needs of high-speed electric spindles,the performance of the drive system is monitored.the thesis proposes an evaluation method for the implicit degradation performance index to the implicit degradation characteristics of the drive system.The parameter identification method is used to extract the eigenvalues of the system,and the cluster analysis method is combined to establish the performance evaluation index.Verify the reliability of the method in this paper through the high-speed electric spindle experiment platform.
