随着国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的提出,乡村治理作为基层治理的一部分,其治理主体在时代和政策的变迁中也将日益多元和重构。该文试图从新制度经济学和社会资本理论的视角,来构建乡村治理中的多元主体间的社会信任、关系网络与约束规范的分析框架,探讨多主体背景下乡村治理的交互影响机制及其可持续推进的应对策略。

With the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,rural governance as a part of grass-roots governance,its governance subject will be increasingly diversified and reconstructed in the changes of times and policies.From the perspective of new institutional economics and social capital theory,we attempt to build an analysis framework of social trust,relationship network and constraint norms among multiple subjects in the process of rural governance,and to explore the interactive impact mechanism of rural governance under the background of multiple subjects and its sustainable promotion strategies.
