麝香保心丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能、血管内皮功能及血液流变学的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月平凉市崆峒区中医医院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)、治疗组(50例)。给予对照组患者瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合麝香保心丸进行治疗,两组患者均持续治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后心功能、血管内皮功能及血液流变学的变化。结果治疗后两组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、一氧化氮(NO)水平较治疗前均显著升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组;两组患者左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、内皮素(ET)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白水平,以及治疗组患者全血黏度均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合瑞舒伐他汀可有效降低冠心病心绞痛患者机体血液黏度,调节患者血管内皮功能,改善血液流变学,进一步增强患者心功能,控制病情发展。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with rosuvastatin on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Pingliang Kongtong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the treatment group(50 cases)according to the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of the control group.The patients in both groups were treated for 1 month.The changes of cardiac function,vascular endothelial function and hemorheology of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and nitric oxide(NO)levels of the two groups increased significantly compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group;after treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),endothelin(ET),thromboxane B2(TXB2),plasma viscosity,fibrin level,and the treatment group’s whole blood viscosity of the two groups patients decreased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was significantlylower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the blood viscosity of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,regulate the patient’s vascular endothelial function,improve blood rheology,and further enhance the patient’s cardiac function and control the development of the disease.
