摘要
研究了水溶性海藻酸盐的添加对液滴中墨水胶体沉积形貌的影响.当海藻酸盐的质量分数(w)为0.03%时,墨水胶体沉积形貌为单一咖啡环;增加海藻酸盐的w至0.06%~0.20%,沉积形貌具有中心-边缘2个独立区域(双区域);继续增加海藻酸盐的w,当w≥0.40%时,墨水胶体均匀沉积.研究结果表明,海藻酸盐聚合物的添加可以对沉积形貌进行有效调控.
The effect of water‐soluble alginate on the deposition morphology of ink colloidal particles in droplets was studied.When the mass fraction of alginate(w)is 0.03%,the ink colloid deposition morphology is a single coffee ring,the alginate w increased to 0.06%-0.20%,the deposition morphology has two independent regions(double regions)of center and edge,and the amount of alginate continues to increase,the ink colloidal particles are uniformly deposited when the w≥0.40%.The results show that the addition of alginate polymer can effectively regulate the deposition morphology.
