信江流域水能开发现状及电站存在的问题分析

Hydropower Development Status of Xinjiang River Basin and Analysis of Problems Existing in Power Stations

水能是可再生的清洁能源,实现绿色、循环、低碳发展,全面促进生态与经济的有机融合是践行“两山论”重要途径。水能资源的合理调度对流域水资源分析、水利工程建设和规划都具有重大意义,为实现生态、高效的利用水能资源,保证经济、社会和生态环境全面协调和持续的发展,对信江流域水能开发现状及电站存在的问题进行分析,并给出相应的意见与建议。

Opinions and suggestions:water energy is a renewable and clean energy.To realize green,circular and low-carbon development and comprehensively promote the organic integration of ecology and economy is an important way to practice the“two mountains theory”.The reasonable regulation of water resources is of great significance to the analysis of water resources,the construction and planning of water conservancy projects.In order to realize the ecological and efficient utilization of water resources and ensure the overall coordinated and sustainable development of economy,society and ecological environment,this paper analyzes the current situation of hydropower development in Xinjiang River Basin and the existing problems of hydropower station,and gives corresponding opinions and suggestions.
