基于排污口叠加影响分析下水质影响预测

摘要 基于一维河流模型分析庆阳市城东污水处理厂入河排污口设置对马莲河水生态环境的影响,选取COD、氨氮、BOD 5、总磷4个指标,预测分析正常工况和事故工况条件下入河排污口设置对马莲河水功能区水质、水生态以及重要第三方的影响,并提出水环境保护措施。为生态环境管理部门审批入河排污口设置提供科学依据,以保障生活、生产和生态用水安全,可为水环境本底值较差的Ⅴ类水质河流开展入河排污口设置论证工作提供典型案例。 Based on a one-dimensional river model,this paper analyzes the impact of the sewage outfall of the Qingyang Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant on the aquatic ecological environment of the Malian River.COD,ammonia nitrogen,BOD5,and total phosphorus were selected as 4 indicators.The four indicators are used to predict and analyze the impact of the sewage outlet setting on the water quality,water ecology and important third parties of the Malian River water function zone under normal and accident conditions.At the same time,water environmental protection measures are proposed.This provides a scientific basis for the ecological environment management department to approve the installation of sewage outlets into the river.In order to ensure the safety of life,production and ecological water,it can provide a typical case for the demonstration work of setting up sewage outlets for rivers with poor water environment background value of Grade V.
