《果蔬贮藏运销学》线上教学的问题及改革探索

Research on the Mixed Teaching Mode Reformation of Fruit and Vegetable Storage

随着网络信息技术的发展,线上网络教学资源日渐丰富,《果蔬贮藏运销学》课程教学方法在基于传统的案例式教学为核心的同时,结合“线上”教学模式同步展开,本文通过深入探索分析该教学方法在实施过程中的优缺点以及应对措施,并结合实际针对《果蔬贮藏运销学》课程的教学改革策略提出意见,以期提升教学活动的灵活性与主动性,从而提高“线上”教学质量。

With the development of network information technology,the online network teaching resources are becoming more and more abundant,and the teaching method of fruit and vegetable storage and marketing courses is carried out simultaneously with the online teaching more at the same time,based on the traditional case teaching as the core.In this paper,through in-depth exploration and analysis of the teaching method in the implementation of the advantages and disadvantages and response measures,and combine with the actual,for the fruit and vegetable storage and marketing courses teaching reform strategy,in order to improve the flexibility and initiative of teaching activities,so as to improve the quality of online teaching.
