摘要
介绍了马钢65 t顶底复吹转炉采用棒材废钢替代生铁块渣补技术实践,对比了棒材废钢渣补技术的优势,并提出了操作控制要点。通过控制转炉终渣成分和优化渣补过程操作,降低了补炉料耐材成本,同时提高了转炉倒渣面炉衬抗侵蚀能力和转炉作业率。与传统生铁块渣补技术相比,因其不需要补炉料耐材和生铁块投入,补炉料耐材用量下降了0.11 kg/t,年综合经济效益300万元。
The practice of replacing pig iron with bar scrap in 65t top and bottom combined blown converter of Masteel is introduced,the advantages of bar scrap slag charging technology are compared,and the operation control points are put forward.By controlling the final slag composition of converter and optimizing the operation of slag filling process,the cost of refractory material for slag fetting material is reduced,and the corrosion resistance of lining on slag pouring surface and operation rate of converter are improved.Compared with the traditional pig iron slag charging technology,for it does not need the input of refractory material and pig iron,the consumption of refractory material for fetting is reduced by 0.11 kg/t,and the annual comprehensive economic benefit is 3 million RMB.
