摘要
分析了某连退产线带出品的现状及产生的原因,发现纯过渡物料中1120 mm和1370 mm宽度规格占比约80%,且其需要消耗酸轧工序产生的约50%的纯过渡物料。通过对酸轧工序轧制力和张力波动大、切边剪退刀月牙区域应力集中和假断带技术攻关和生产组织模式优化给出了降低带出品的措施。同时,采用“5why”的方法对带出品结构分析和措施实施环节的异常数据进行了分析。优化措施实施后,连退线带出品使用量逐月减少且均低于优化前月均值,流动资金占用大幅降低。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of carryover in a continuous annealing line,it is found that the 1120 mm and 1370 mm width specifications account for about 80%of the pure transition materials,which needs to consume about 50%of the pure transition materials produced in the acid rolling process.The measures to reduce carryover were put forward by tackling the key problems of rolling force and tension fluctuation in acid rolling process,stress concentration in crescent area of trimming and shearing cutter,false broken strip technology and optimizing the production organization mode.At the same time,the"5why"method is used to analyze the abnormal data in the process of product structure analysis and measure implementation.After the implementation of the optimization measures,the carryover usage of continuous revealing line decreased month by month,which were lower than the monthly average before the optimization,and the occupation of working capital decreased significantly.
