摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段研究了某公司自主生产的谐波减速器柔轮的齿形、显微组织形貌以及夹杂物的分布特点;分析了造成柔轮疲劳断裂失效的原因并提出了改进措施。结果表明,齿高越小柔轮越容易断裂;回火屈氏体显微组织对柔轮的疲劳寿命无明显影响;而氧化铝夹杂的存在,严重降低了柔轮的疲劳寿命。通过净化钢质与提高齿高,柔轮的合格率明显提高。
The tooth shape,microstructure and inclusion distribution of the flexspline of harmonic reducer produced by a company were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The causes of fatigue fracture failure of flexspline are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the smaller the tooth height,the easier the flexspline fracture;the microstructure of tempered troostite has no obvious effect on the fatigue life of flexspline;while the existence of alumina inclusions seriously reduces the fatigue life of flexspline.By purifying the steel and increasing the tooth height,the qualified rate of flexspline is obviously improved.
