摘要 针对原有一拖二口罩生产线生产效率低和稳定性差等问题,该文通过分析口罩生产的工艺过程,在考虑产能、效率、经济等基础上,对整体系统组成模块和焊接流程进行了重构与改进;并为了实现一条产线配备一个工位要求,采用了生产过程全自动控制方式,选用三菱FX系列PLC作为核心控制器;最后对改造后的生产线进行了实际运行测试。结果表明,相比原来的一拖二机型产能上有了极大的提高,稳定性好,且良品率达到97%以上。 Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency and poor stability of the original one-to-two mask production line, the technological requirements of mask production are analyzed in this paper, and on the basis of considering the production capacity and efficiency, economy, modified and improved the overall system components and the welding process. In order to achieve the automatic control method of one production line with one station, the Mitsubishi FX series PLC is selected as the core controller of production process. Finally, the modified mask production line is tested. The results show that compared with the original production line, the the production capacity and stability of modified equipment has been greatly improved, and the on-spec product rate as high as 97.5%.
