摘要
为提升300 MW等级机组能源利用效率,解决吸收式热泵在非采暖季工作时热量无处消纳的问题。以某300 MW热电联产机组为研究模型,针对其吸收式热泵在非采暖季运行提出了供应生活热水和预热机组凝结水两条技术路线,对提供70℃、80℃热水的方案和不同热源驱动热泵预热凝结水的三个方案进行了分析计算。得出结论:制取生活热水的方案具有良好的经济效益,且制取80℃热水的收益较高;使用汽轮机级间抽汽驱动热泵预热凝结水不能达到节能目的,使用其他热源驱动热泵时可以使汽轮机热耗率降低约60 kJ/kW·h。
In order to improve the energy efficiency of 300 MW units and solve the problem of no heat users in summer,this article is taking a 300 MW cogeneration unit as a research model.Two technological routes for supplying domestic hot water and preheating unit condensate water are proposed for its absorption heat pump operation in non-heating seasons.Some schemes including providing hot water with different celsius(70/80℃),and preheating condensate water driven by different heat sources are analyzed and calculated.It can be concluded that making domestic hot water has good economic benefits,and the profit of scheme 80℃hot water is higher than another one.Although schemes of preheat condensate water using heat pump driven by turbine interstage extraction can't achieve the purpose of energy conservation,heat pumps driven by other heat sources can reduce the turbine heat rate by approximately 60 kJ/kW·h.
