热电厂风冷除渣系统改造

摘要 某热电厂采用干式风冷除渣系统,由于实际燃用煤质与设计煤质偏离较大,导致除渣系统故障频发。经技术经济比较,确定将风冷干式除渣系统改为湿式机械除渣系统,采用水浸式刮板捞渣机直接上渣仓的方案。技改后,除渣系统运行稳定,电负荷大幅度降低,锅炉效率得到很大提高。本文探讨改造的方案和要点,为今后除渣系统设计和技改提供参考。 The original slag removal system of a thermal power plant uses dry air-cooled slag removal.Due to the large deviation between the actual burning coal quality and the designed coal quality of the boiler,the failure of the dry slag removal system is frequent.After technical and economic comparison,it is determined to change the air-cooled dry slag removal system to a wet mechanical slag removal system,and at the same time use a water-immersed scraper slag conveyor to transport directly to the slag silo.After the technical transformation,the slag removal system is operating stably,the electrical load is greatly reduced,and the boiler efficiency is greatly improved.This thesis explores the transformation plan and key places to provide reference for the design and technical transformation of the slag removal system in the future.
