摘要
依据天津市主体功能区规划、重大危险源分布、火灾数据分析及消防救援队伍分布情况,将全市灭火救援辖区划分为6个灭火救援协作区。在实体化运行中发现问题、解决问题,有效整合各区域灭火救援力量,探索研究协作保障机制、调派模式及指挥职责,形成相互协同的"一个中心五个支点"的灭火救援协作体系。
Based on the main functional area planning in Tianjin,the distribution of major hazard,fire data analysis and fire rescue resource distribution,the city is divided into six cooperation areas.Identify and solve problems during the materialized operation,effectively integrate regional firefighting and rescue source,study the collaborative guarantee mechanisms,deployment mode and command responsibilities,form firefighting and rescue collaboration system of"one center five pivots".
