消防训练热身准备活动的现状与对策研究

The present situation and countermeasure research of fire-fighting training warm-up preparation

随着我国消防改革不断深化,消防救援队伍作为新时代应急救援的主力军和国家队,承担着"全灾种、大应急"的救援任务,专业化、职业化能力建设对消防员的执勤训练综合素质提出了更加紧迫的新要求。热身准备活动作为执勤训练的重要环节,对预防训练损伤、提高训练效果均具有十分重要的意义。文章通过采用问卷调研法调查了我国消防员训练热身准备的活动现状,分析得出目前消防训练热身准备活动中存在专业理论体系不健全、专业人才体系不完善等问题,并针对性地提出对策与建议,可为未来我国消防救援队伍科学、系统、专业、规范性开展训练热身准备活动提供参考。

with the deepening of fire protection reform in China,the fire rescue team,as the main force and national team of emergency rescue in the new era,undertakes the rescue task of"all kinds of disasters and great emergency".Professional and professional capacity building puts forward more urgent new requirements for the comprehensive quality of firemen’s training on duty.As an important part of duty training,warm-up preparation is of great significance to prevent training injury and improve training effect.This paper investigates the present situation of firemen’s training and warmup preparation activities in China by questionnaire survey,analyzes the existing problems such as imperfect professional theory system and imperfect professional talent system,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.It can provide reference for the future fire rescue team to carry out training and warm-up preparation activities scientifically,systematically,professionally and normatively.
