摘要
近年来,随着我国社会的不断发展和现代经济建设的不断推进,消防工作与人们的生活联系日益紧密,并且受到了现代社会工作人员前所未有的重视。消防工作不仅是保障人们生活的基础,而且也是保障社会安定的一项重要工作。文章简单分析了消防队伍管理工作中存在的问题及解决策略,旨在为我国消防安全的管理质量提升提供一定的参考。
In the recent years,China witnessed an amazing prosperity in the social and economic fields,where fire protection works serve as an important part of people’s life and attach great attentions by modern society.In this point,fire safety is not only the foundation of people’s life,but also an indispensable task to stabilize the public security.In this article,problems in the fire brigade management are pointed out,and corresponding solutions are issued,aiming to offer some references for fire safety management in China.
