FCC催化剂在垂直立管中的蠕动特性实验研究

摘要 在直径150 mm、高5000 mm竖直管的实验装置上,以FCC催化剂为固体颗粒物料,采用PV6型颗粒速度测量仪以及压力传感器测量不同颗粒质量流率下竖直管中的颗粒流动特性。实验结果表明:立管中颗粒流蠕动特性受颗粒质量流率的影响。对于实验用FCC平衡催化剂,在颗粒质量流率较小时,颗粒流动为密集流,颗粒流蠕动明显。随着颗粒质量流率的增加,颗粒蠕动频率随之增大。当颗粒质量流率增大到一定值后,转变为流化流动,颗粒下行蠕动行为消失。 On a vertical pipe with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 5000 mm,FCC catalyst was used as solid particle material,the particle flow characteristics in vertical pipe with different particle mass flow rates were measured by using a PV6 particle velocity measuring instrument and a pressure sensor.The results indicate that the peristaltic characteristics of particle flow in a riser are affected by the mass flow rate of particles.For the experimental FCC equilibrium catalyst,when the particle mass flow rate is small,the particle flow is dense and the particle flow wriggle is obvious.As the mass flow rate of particles increases,the creep frequency of particles increases.When the mass flow rate of particles increases to a certain value,it turns into fluidized flow and the creep behavior of particles disappears.
