摘要
核电厂主蒸汽管道管径大、蒸汽流速高,为了解决蒸汽流量测量中节流件磨损、饱和蒸汽密度变化引起的流量测量精度低、高温介质对仪表的损坏等问题,通过主蒸汽节流件的设计和测量通道的验证、差压流量测量的取压、冷凝罐及引压管线的设计、传感器布置与选型等方面的研究,给出了合理可行的测量设计方案,确保主蒸汽流量的准确测量和稳定运行。
The main steam pipe of nuclear power plant has large diameter and high steam flow rate.In order to solve the problems such as throttle wear in steam flow measurement,low flow measurement accuracy caused by the change of saturated steam density,and damage of instrument caused by high temperature medium,etc.,through the design of the main steam throttle,the verification of the measurement channel,the pressure taking of the differential pressure flow measurement,the design of the condensing tank and the pressure lead pipeline,the arrangement and selection of the sensor and other aspects,a reasonable and feasible measurement design scheme was proposed to ensure the accurate measurement and stable operation of the main steam flow.
