经阴道超声(TVS)检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值分析

目的:分析临床异位妊娠诊断中应用经阴道超声(TVS)检查的临床价值。方法:2019年1月~2021年1月期间,从某院选取50例异位妊娠患者展开研究分析,所选取50例异位妊娠患者均通过病理检查确诊为异位妊娠,此后对全部研究对象进行经阴道超声(TVS)检查,比较经阴道超声(TVS)检查结果和病理检查结果的符合率。结果:所选研究对象经病理检查和阴道超声(TVS)检查后,输卵管妊娠、宫颈妊娠、宫角妊娠以及卵巢妊娠确诊率两种检查方法之间不存在显著差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);输卵管妊娠、宫颈妊娠、宫角妊娠以及卵巢妊娠漏诊率和误诊率与病理检查结果比较,阴道超声(TVS)检查结果漏诊率和误诊率略微较高,但两种检查方法差异不显著,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:异位妊娠经阴道超声(TVS)检查所得检查结果和病理检查结果相近,准确率较高,漏诊率和误诊率较低,为临床治疗异位妊娠提供了重要的参考依据,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,50 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and analyzed.All 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy by pathological examination,following which the transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)examination was conducted for all the study subjects,then the coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)examination results and pathological examination results was compared.Results:After pathological examination and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)examination,there was no significant difference in the diagnosis rates of tubal pregnancy,cervical pregnancy,uterine pregnancy and ovarian pregnancy between the two methods,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of fallopian tube pregnancy,cervical pregnancy,uterine pregnancy and ovarian pregnancy of TVS were slightly higher than those of pathological examination,but the difference between the two methods was not significant,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)examination of ectopic pregnancy are similar to those of pathological examination,with high accuracy and low rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which can provide important reference basis for clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
