保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效对比

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy between Breast-conserving Surgery and Modified Radical Mastectomy in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer

目的:对比保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取某院收治的早期乳腺癌患者共计78例,分为保乳手术组和改良根治术组各39例,对两组患者手术疗效进行对比。结果:保乳手术组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等指标明显优于改良根治术组(P<0.05);两组患者在术后乳房美容效果指标上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:改良根治术和保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的效果显著,然而保乳手术不会对患者造成损伤,出血少,术后并发症少,具备较高美容效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in patients with early breast cancer.Methods:78 patients with early breast cancer in a hospital were selected and divided into breast conserving surgery group and modified radical mastectomy group.The efficacy of surgery in the two groups was observed.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and other indicators in the breast conserving surgery group were significantly better than those in the modified radical mastectomy group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the postoperative breast cosmetic effect indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer patients is significant,however,breast conserving surgery will not cause damage to patients,with less bleeding and less postoperative complications,and has high cosmetic effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
