摘要
目的:研究探讨鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的临床疗效以及对患者嗓音功能的作用。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年10月某院接收的声带息肉患者70例作为此次研究的观察主体,根据电脑随机分组法分为常规组和研究组各35例,常规组施行支撑喉镜手术,研究组施行鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术。结果:研究组临床疗效更高,与常规组差异显著(P<0.05);研究组与常规组术前嗓音功能无差异(P>0.05),术后研究组Shimmer、Jitter以及NNE与常规组差异显著(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率以及复发率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:单纯实施支撑喉镜手术的同时,为声带息肉患者联合鼻内镜治疗,可进一步提高其临床疗效,还可以帮助患者改善嗓音功能,并发症少、复发率低,安全可靠,值得在临床中大力推荐。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopy combined with supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and the effect on the voice function of patients.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,70 patients with vocal cord polyps treated in a hospital were used as the observation subjects in this study.According to the computer random grouping method,they were divided into two groups for comparison.One group was the conventional group and underwent laryngoscope surgery,and the other group was the study group and underwent nasal endoscopy combined with support laryngoscope surgery,with 35 cases in each group.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher,which was significantly different from that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no difference in voice function between the study group and the conventional group before surgery(P>0.05).There was significant difference in Shimmer,Jitter and NNE between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simultaneously carrying out supportive laryngoscope surgery,combined with nasal endoscopy treatment for patients with vocal cord polyps can further improve its clinical efficacy,and can also help patients improve voice function,with less complications,low recurrence rate,which is safe,reliable,and worthy of being highly recommended in clinical practice.
