摘要
目的:探讨D-二聚体水平与大叶性肺炎严重程度的关系。方法:将98例大叶性肺炎患儿按病情设置为A组(轻度,47例)、B组(中度,39例)与C组(重度,12例),对比分析患儿D-D、PLT、APTT、TT、PT等凝血功能指标及igA、igG、CRP、ESR、WBC、NEUT%等生物学指标。结果:A组D-D、PLT及igG、CRP、ESR、NEUT%均小于B组与C组(P_(AB)<0.05,P_(AC)<0.05),3组Fbg、APTT、TT、PT及igA、WBC差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:随着大叶性肺炎患儿病情加重D-二聚体在血液中的表达量呈上升趋势,临床可通过对D-二聚体进行定量分析评估患儿病情。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of D-Dimer and the severity of lobar pneumonia.Methods:98 cases of lobar pneumonia patients were divided into group A(mild,47 cases),group B(moderate,39 cases)and group C(severe,12 cases).The coagulation function indexes such as D-D,PLT,APTT,TT,PT and biological indicators such as IgA,IgG,CRP,ESR,WBC,NEUT%were compared and analyzed.Results:The D-D,PLT,IgG,CRP,ESR,and NEUT%in group A were lower than those in group B and group C(P_(AB)<0.05,P_(AC)<0.05).There was no significant difference in FBG,APTT,TT,Pt,IgA and WBC among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:With the aggravation of lobar pneumonia in children,the expression of D-Dimer in blood is on the rise,and the patient's condition can be evaluated by quantitative analysis of D-Dimer.
