糖尿病合并急性脑梗塞患者采取胰岛素强化治疗的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病合并急性脑梗塞患者选用胰岛素强化治疗的价值。方法:纳入80例糖尿病合并急性脑梗塞患者研究(2018年2月~2020年6月),按1∶1比例分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用选用胰岛素强化治疗,统计两组临床疗效、临床指标、低血糖率。结果:临床疗效观察组(95.00%)较对照组(80.00%)显著提高,统计值χ^(2)=4.1143,P<0.05;观察组血糖3项、血脂4项、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素分泌指数、神经功能缺损评分优于对照组,统计值P<0.05;低血糖率观察组为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,统计值χ^(2)=4.1143,P<0.05。结论:胰岛素强化在糖尿病合并急性脑梗塞治疗中效果确切,可改善其血糖、血脂水平,亦可降低神经功能缺损程度,值得借鉴。 Objective:To investigate the value of intensive treatment with insulin in diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction were included in the study(February 2018 to June 2020)and divided into control group(n=40,conventional treatment)and observation group(n=40,intensive insulin treatment)according to 1∶1 ratio,and the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,and hypoglycemia rate of the two groups were statistically recorded.Results:The clinical efficacy in the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),statistical valueχ^(2)=4.1143,P<0.05.The clinical parameters such as blood glucose 3 items,lipid 4 items,insulin resistance index,insulin secretion index,and neurological deficit scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Hypoglycemia rate was lower in the observation group(5.00%)than in the control group(20.00%),statistical valueχ^(2)=4.1143,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intensive insulin therapy has an exact effect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can improve blood sugar and blood lipid levels and reduce the degree of neurological defects,and is worthy of reference.
