盐酸多塞平片联合舍曲林对抑郁症患者心理状态及自杀倾向的影响

Effects of Doxepin Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Sertraline on Mental State and Suicidal Tendency of Patients with Depression

目的:探讨盐酸多塞平片联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症的效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年12月就诊于某院的98例抑郁症患者,将患者按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组各49例。对照组口服盐酸舍曲林片,联合组加用盐酸多塞平片治疗,均连续治疗2个月,对比两组临床疗效、抑郁状态、自杀倾向和用药安全性。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为91.84%(45/49),高于对照组的71.43%(35/49),有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗2个月后H汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显降低,且联合组HAMD评分较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗2个月后两组贝克自杀意念量表(BSI-CV)1、BSI-CV2评分均低于治疗前,且联合组BSI-CV1、BSI-CV2评分低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸多塞平片联合舍曲林可提高抑郁症治疗效果,更好的改善抑郁状态,缓解患者自杀倾向,且不会增加毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of doxepin hydrochloride tablets combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression.Methods:A total of 98 depression patients who were admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into combination group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets orally,and the combination group was treated with doxepin hydrochloride tablets based on the control group for 2 consecutive months.The clinical efficacy,depression,suicidal tendency and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 91.84%(45/49),which was higher than 71.43%(35/49)in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,The HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the HAMD score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the Baker Suicide Ideation Scale(BSI-CV)1 and BSI-CV2 scores were lower than before treatment,and the BSI-CV1 and BSI-CV2 scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Doxepin hydrochloride tablets combined with sertraline can improve the treatment effect of depression,better improve depression,relieve patients'suicidal tendency,and will not increase toxic side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
