在活动期类风湿关节炎治疗中应用加味升阳汤治疗对风湿病改善及胃肠道损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨活动期类风湿关节炎患者应用加味升阳汤治疗对风湿病改善及胃肠道损伤的影响。方法:选取2019年7月~2020年7月于某院治疗的活动期类风湿关节炎患者76例,随机分为对照组和研究组各38例。对照组应用来氟米特片、甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组应用加味升阳汤治疗,对比两组风湿病改善状况及胃肠道损伤率。结果:研究组胃肠道损伤率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组风湿病改善状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活动期类风湿关节炎患者应用加味升阳汤治疗效果较好,可以改善患者的关键症状,减轻胃肠道损伤。 Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment with Jiawei Shengyang decoction on the improvement of rheumatism and gastrointestinal injury in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:76 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis in a hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunomide tablets and methotrexate,while the study group was treated with Jiawei Shengyang decoction.The improvement of rheumatism and the rate of gastrointestinal tract injury were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of gastrointestinal injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of rheumatism in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Shengyang decoction is effective in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis patients,which can improve the key symptoms of patients and reduce gastrointestinal damage.
