骨科人工关节置换术围手术期患者通过盐酸纳布啡超前镇痛对VAS评分的影响

Effect of Advanced Analgesia through Naborphine Hydrochloride on VAS Score in Patients with Orthopedic Artificial Joint Replacement

目的:探究骨科人工关节置换术围手术期患者接受盐酸纳布啡超前镇痛的效果。方法:将2018年1月~2019年8月100例骨科人工关节置换术患者,以单双号编号法随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对照组常规镇痛干预,实验组术前盐酸纳布啡超前镇痛,分析两组骨科人工关节置换术患者干预的结果。结果:实验组骨科人工关节置换术患者术后2h、4h、6h、8h、10h、12h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组IL-6、TNF-α等术后炎性因子水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨科人工关节置换术患者接受盐酸纳布啡超前镇痛,可降低患者的VAS疼痛评分,获得较好的镇痛效果,且可缩短患者的术后活动时间,安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the advanced analgesic effect of naborphine hydrochloride in patients with orthopedic artificial joint replacement.Methods:100 patients with orthopedic artificial joint replacement treated in a hospital form January 2018 to August 2019 were slected and divided into two groups by single and even number bering method.The control group was given conventional analgesia intervention,and the study group was given advanced analgesia through naborphine hydrochloride,then the intervention results of patients with orthopedic artificial joint replacement in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The VAS scores at 2h,4h,6h,8h,10h,12h after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative inflammatory factors such as IL-6,TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,while the IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with advanced analgesia by naborphine hydrochloride for orthopedic artificial joint replacement can reduce their VAS pain score,obtain better analgesic effect,and shorten the postoperative activity time,with better safety.
