艾司洛尔辅助治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的效果及对心电图指标的影响

The Effect of Esmolol in the Adjuvant Treatment of Asymptomatic Myocardial Ischemia in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on ECG Indexes

目的:研究艾司洛尔辅助治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的临床效果。方法:选择某院2018年10月~2019年12月心内科的136例冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者,按奇偶数分组法分为A组和B组各68例,A组予以卡维地洛治疗,B组在A组的基础上予以艾司洛尔,观察两组患者的临床疗效、心电图指标、心功能指标的差异。结果:治疗2个月后,B组的临床疗效优于A组(P<0.05);ST段压低持续时间短于A组,ST段压低发生次数、心肌缺血总负荷低于A组(P<0.05);收缩压、舒张压、心率、RPP低于A组,射血分数高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:艾司洛尔用于辅助治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者,可改善其心电图指标和心功能,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of esmolol on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:136 patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease in a hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to odd even number grouping method,with 68 cases in each group.Group A was treated with carvedilol,and group B was treated with esmolol on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,ECG and cardiac function of the two groups were observed.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05),the duration of ST segment depression was shorter than that of group A,the frequency of ST segment depression and the total load of myocardial ischemia were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and RPP were lower than those of group A,and the ejection fraction was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esmolol in the adjuvant treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease can improve ECG and cardiac function,and improve the therapeutic effect.
