摘要
目的:探究异丙酚联合布托啡诺在无痛胃镜检查麻醉中的应用。方法:选取2019年8月~2019年9月某院收治的胃镜检查患者1200例,随机分为对照组和研究组各600例,对照组进行常规的胃镜检查,研究组则进行应用异丙酚联合布托啡诺的无痛胃镜检查。结果:研究组的不良反应发生率少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的检查满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异丙酚联合布托啡诺在无痛胃镜检查中的应用能够减少不良反应的发生率,提高患者对检查的满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application of propofol combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy anesthesia.Methods:1200 gastroscopy patients admitted to a hospital from August 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 600 patients in each group.Routine gastroscopy was performed in the control group,and painless gastroscopy with propofol and butomorphol was performed in the study group.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had higher examination satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of propofol combined with butorphanol in painless gastroscopy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
