The measurement monitoring of products in quantitative packaging line of chemical enterprises mostly adopts the method of manual timing weighing,and the sampling samples are less,which can not truly reflect the measurement status of the packaging line.It is urgent to realize the measurement monitoring informatization instead of manual sampling detection.Digital real-time communication and database storage technology are used to record the measurement data of packaging line synchronously,and big data statistical anal⁃ysis method is used to track and monitor the measurement performance change of quantitative packaging,so as to realize information measurement monitoring.The application of measurement and monitoring informatization can truly show the accurate measurement per⁃formance of quantitative packaging line,help formulate improvement measures,replace manual inefficient labor,and achieve cost re⁃duction and efficiency increase.
