摘要
为降低文昌气田群开发工程项目的潜在风险,综合运用预先危险性分析法(PHA)、作业风险评估方法(TRA)、风险评价指数矩阵法对气田群开发工程进行风险辨识。首先根据作业风险评估方法对工程项目进行风险评估;其次使用预先危险性分析法对已辨识的风险进行危险程度分级和概率等级分级;再根据预先风险性分析的结果,使用风险评估矩阵法将风险元素的发生概率和危险程度组合并给出一个定性的加权指数,确定各风险等级并制定相应控制措施。结果表明,采用以上安全分析方法对气田群开发工程进行风险辨识,并给出相应的预防和控制措施,可有效防止危险因素发展成为事故。
In order to reduce the potential risk of Wenchang gas field group development project,the pre hazard analysis(PHA),opera⁃tion risk assessment(TRA)and risk assessment index matrix method are comprehensively used to identify the risk of gas field group de⁃velopment project.Firstly,the project risk is assessed according to the operational risk assessment method;Secondly,the pre hazard analysis method is used to classify the risk degree and probability grade of the identified risks;Then,according to the results of risk analysis in advance,risk assessment matrix method is used to combine the occurrence probability and risk degree of risk elements,and a qualitative weighted index is given to determine the risk levels and formulate corresponding control measures.The results show that the above safety analysis method can effectively prevent the risk factors from developing into accidents.
