摘要
高等教育学科建设发展应适应社会生产实际发展的需要,适应市场的需求,适应人才培养的需要。探讨如何在"新工科"背景下发展食品学科,将西北农林科技大学国家一流专业食品科学与工程建设再提升,并提出几点建议。
The discipline construction and development of higher education should meet the needs of the actual development of social production,the needs of the market and the needs of personal capacities training.This paper discusses how to develop the food subject under the background of"emerging engineering education"and build it into a national first-class major,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
